    TRIBALBI PLATFORM acts exclusively as a technological provider for the recording and organization of such information<\/strong>.<\/p>

    2. Recording of Consents<\/h4>

    When a user accepts an agreement or document within TRIBALBI PLATFORM, the system may record certain technical elements associated with that acceptance, such as:<\/p>

    • identification of the user granting the consent<\/p><\/li>

    • date and time of acceptance<\/p><\/li>

    • version of the accepted document<\/p><\/li>

    • agreement or project identifier<\/p><\/li>

    • technical records necessary for system traceability<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      These records are stored in order to maintain a verifiable history of the consents granted within the platform<\/strong>.<\/p>

        • TRIBALBI PLATFORM does not verify the legal identity of the parties beyond the platform’s access mechanisms<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

        • TRIBALBI PLATFORM does not act as a contractual intermediary between users<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          The content, legality, and execution of agreements remain the sole responsibility of the parties who enter into them.<\/p>

          Users are responsible for:<\/p>
