Each user is responsible for the use of their account and for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

register consents or acceptances
maintain a record of actions related to those agreements
The platform may record technical information associated with such actions in order to ensure system traceability.
TRIBALBI PLATFORM acts exclusively as a provider of technological infrastructure.
Consequently:
TRIBALBI is not a party to the agreements or contracts entered into between users.
TRIBALBI does not validate or review the content of such agreements.
TRIBALBI does not act as a contractual intermediary between the parties.
Legal relationships arising from agreements registered on the platform correspond exclusively to the users who participate in them.
Users are responsible for:
the accuracy of the information provided
the content of the agreements or documents they manage
compliance with applicable legislation
Users agree to use the platform lawfully and not to upload or introduce illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content.
TRIBALBI PLATFORM shall not be responsible for:
the legality, validity, or execution of agreements between users
the content of documents generated on the platform
damages resulting from improper use of the system by users
The platform is limited to providing technological tools for the management and registration of agreements.
All elements that make up TRIBALBI PLATFORM, including:
software
design
trademark
logos
platform structure
are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.
Their reproduction or use without the express authorization of the owner is prohibited.
Users retain rights over the content or documents they generate within the platform.
TRIBALBI may suspend or terminate user access when:
improper use of the platform is detected
these terms are breached
the system is used for unlawful activities
TRIBALBI PLATFORM strives to ensure the proper functioning of the service.
However, the platform does not guarantee permanent system availability and may implement temporary interruptions due to technical reasons, maintenance, or service improvements.
The processing of users’ personal data is governed by the TRIBALBI PLATFORM Privacy Policy.

TRIBALBI PLATFORM does not manage, acquire, or exploit such rights.
TRIBALBI PLATFORM does not act as an agency, representative, producer, or intermediary in the negotiation of such rights.
The platform is limited to providing technological tools that allow users to register and document the agreements reached between them.
Users who register agreements related to image or content usage guarantee that:
they have the necessary authorizations
they have the legal capacity to grant such consents
the use of the content complies with applicable legislation
TRIBALBI PLATFORM does not verify the legal validity of such authorizations, which remain the sole responsibility of the users.
The content, documents or materials uploaded to the platform remain the property of the users or their rightful owners.
By using TRIBALBI PLATFORM, users grant only a limited technical license allowing the platform to:
store the documents
process the information
display it to the parties involved in the agreement
This license is limited exclusively to the technical operation of the service.
TRIBALBI PLATFORM acts exclusively as a technological infrastructure provider designed to facilitate the registration, organization and traceability of agreements and consents between users.
In this regard, users acknowledge and agree that:
TRIBALBI PLATFORM is not a party to agreements or contracts entered into between users.
TRIBALBI PLATFORM does not participate in the negotiation, drafting or legal validation of such agreements.
TRIBALBI PLATFORM does not represent any of the parties involved in the agreements registered on the platform.
The platform only provides technological tools that allow users to document and register actions carried out within the system.
Legal relationships that may arise between users of the platform are independent from TRIBALBI PLATFORM.
Each user acts under their own responsibility and is responsible for:
the content of agreements they enter into
compliance with obligations arising from those agreements
the legality of the authorizations granted
TRIBALBI PLATFORM assumes no responsibility for the content, validity, or execution of agreements between users.
Records generated within TRIBALBI PLATFORM reflect actions performed by users within the system, such as the acceptance of agreements or the registration of consents.
These records aim to document activity carried out on the platform and do not imply that TRIBALBI participates as a contractual party in agreements between users.
TRIBALBI PLATFORM may use structured consent configuration systems (referred to on the platform as Consent Matrix) that allow users to define in a structured way certain conditions related to the use of content or image rights.
These systems are intended to facilitate the organization and registration of agreements between parties, without TRIBALBI PLATFORM determining the content of such agreements or participating in their negotiation.
