1 frozen banana ½ cup blueberries 1 tbsp acai powder (or 1 sachet of acai pulp) Ice Vegetable milk Toppings: assorted fresh fruit, granola, peanut butter
Method
Place all ingredients except toppings in a blender and blend until smooth and thick, like ice cream. Transfer the smoothie to a bowl and add the toppings of your choice. What a flavor bomb!
