Welcome! You have arrived at my meal plan of vegan breakfast ideas. I have created it with a lot of love and desire to to offer you the best recipes that I have come up with. All the recipes have been written based on what I normally eat. You will see that some include exact proportions and others do not.

I have done it this way because I believe that everyone has different energy needs, some people eat more and others less, and that’s fine. I’m an advocate of eating intuitively until I’m 80% full. I’ve done it that way for years and it’s what makes me feel the best.

Breakfast is, in my opinion, the meal of the day that is easiest to veganize. There are thousands of delicious and super healthy options. So, if you are trying to eat healthier or are transitioning to a vegan diet, this meal plan will help you a lot.

All the recipes have been verified by a professional nutritionist so that they are not only delicious, but also balanced and provide you with all the nutrients you need to be healthy.
