CONSENT RECORDING POLICY

TRIBALBI PLATFORM

Last updated: 09-03-2026

This Consent Recording Policy describes how TRIBALBI PLATFORM operates the system through which consents and agreements between users are registered, organized, and made traceable within the platform.

1. Nature of the Service

TRIBALBI PLATFORM provides a technological infrastructure that allows users to digitally register consents, authorizations, and agreements related to creative, advertising, or audiovisual projects.

The platform provides tools that enable users to:

  • register agreements between users

  • document authorizations or consents

  • generate traceability of such agreements

  • maintain a verifiable history of acceptances carried out within the platform

TRIBALBI PLATFORM acts exclusively as a technological provider for the recording and organization of such information.

2. Recording of Consents

When a user accepts an agreement or document within TRIBALBI PLATFORM, the system may record certain technical elements associated with that acceptance, such as:

  • identification of the user granting the consent

  • date and time of acceptance

  • version of the accepted document

  • agreement or project identifier

  • technical records necessary for system traceability

These records are stored in order to maintain a verifiable history of the consents granted within the platform.

3. History and Traceability

TRIBALBI PLATFORM maintains a historical record of actions performed within the system, which may include:

  • creation of agreements

  • acceptance or rejection of documents

  • version modifications

  • registration of consents

This history allows users to consult the actions performed in relation to a specific agreement.

4. Scope of the Record

The records generated by TRIBALBI PLATFORM are intended to document actions performed within the platform.

However:

  • TRIBALBI PLATFORM does not validate the content of agreements between users.

  • TRIBALBI PLATFORM does not verify the legal identity of the parties beyond the platform’s access mechanisms.

  • TRIBALBI PLATFORM does not act as a contractual intermediary between users.

The content, legality, and execution of agreements remain the sole responsibility of the parties who enter into them.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • the accuracy of the information they enter into the platform

  • the content of the agreements or documents they manage

  • the use they make of the consents recorded

TRIBALBI PLATFORM assumes no responsibility for the content of agreements or for the legal relationships that may arise between users.

6. Record Retention

Records of consents and actions carried out on the platform may be retained for the time necessary to:

  • maintain system traceability

  • comply with legal obligations

  • guarantee the historical integrity of registered agreements

7. System Security

TRIBALBI PLATFORM implements technical and organizational measures aimed at ensuring the integrity and security of records stored on the platform.

These measures include access control systems, activity logs, and mechanisms designed to protect against unauthorized access.

8. Limitation of the System Scope

The consent recording system provided by TRIBALBI PLATFORM does not, by itself, constitute a legal certification or a qualified electronic signature service, unless expressly indicated through specific integrations with external providers.

The platform provides a digital record of actions performed within the system, which may serve as documentation of the agreement acceptance process.

9. Modifications

TRIBALBI PLATFORM may update this policy when necessary to adapt it to technical, legal, or functional changes in the platform.

Updates will be published on the platform.
