TRIBALBI PLATFORM provides a digital technological infrastructure that enables users to:
manage agreements and consents
register contracts or authorizations
maintain traceability of such agreements
The platform acts as a technological support and registration tool, facilitating the organization and documentation of relationships between users.
TRIBALBI PLATFORM acts exclusively as a provider of technological infrastructure.
Consequently:
TRIBALBI is not a party to the agreements or contracts entered into between users.
TRIBALBI does not validate or supervise the content of agreements between the parties.
Responsibility for the legality, accuracy, or validity of such agreements lies exclusively with the users who enter into them.
The platform is limited to providing technological tools for the management and registration of such agreements.
Access to the platform implies acceptance of this Legal Notice.
Users agree to:
use the platform lawfully
provide truthful information
comply with applicable legislation
refrain from using the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities
TRIBALBI reserves the right to suspend or limit access to users who breach these conditions.
All contents of the platform, including but not limited to:
design
structure
software
logos
the TRIBALBI trademark
texts and graphic elements
are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Reproduction, distribution or modification of such content without the express authorization of the owner is prohibited.
Users retain rights over the content or documents they generate within the platform.
TRIBALBI PLATFORM shall not be responsible for:
agreements entered into between users
the use users make of content generated through the platform
the accuracy of information provided by users
damages resulting from improper use of the platform
Likewise, TRIBALBI does not guarantee permanent service availability, although it will take reasonable measures to ensure proper functioning.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites.
TRIBALBI PLATFORM is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such external sites.
The processing of users’ personal data is governed by the provisions of the TRIBALBI PLATFORM Privacy Policy, available on the platform.
This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the European Economic Area, and in particular by Spanish law where applicable.
For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the platform, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the registered address of the platform owner, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
